With original POEA license number 01-0001, ANGLO EUROPEAN SERVICES, INC. is the first licensed land-based manpower recruitment agency in the Philippines. It has pioneered the overseas recruitment business and has mobilized thousands of Filipino workers of various categories, trades, professions and skills internationally since 1967.

Workers provided by AESI undergo sychological and technical interviews, examination and trade testing. They also pass through rigid medical examination based on the requirement of the country of deployment through POEA accredited clinics. An applicant must be technically, physically and emotionally qualified for the job applied for. Selected workers undergo pre departure orientation seminars in which laws of the country of deployment, company rules and policies and their specific responsibilities are discussed.

With more than 4 decades of experience in the international recruitment business, AESI cooperated with different government agencies involved in the deployment of Filipino workers.
