Pre-employment


Assists clients in identifying positions, categories, qualifications and salary standards of workers for bidding purposes and/or its manning plantilla


Sourcing and shortlisting of candidates according to the client’s job description and qualifications.


Review of resumes and pre-selection of candidates by AESI technical staff.
 
Employment

Final selection by employer and/or AESI technical staff


Candidates undergo examinations conducted by AESI staff. If necessary, AESI assists in referring candidates for trade tests to be conducted by accredited trade test centers.


Candidates are referred by AESI to POEA and Foreign Embassies accredited clinics or hospitals for medical and psychological examinations required by country of deployment.


Assist workers in acquiring their personal documents which are required for processing of their travel papers.


Processing of worker’s visa with employer’s foreign embassy as and when required by host country




Processing of worker’s labor and travel clearances with Philippine
government offices (POEA- OWWA).

Workers undergo orientation seminar on the rules and regulations of the host country, company policies, Philippine government regulations, and briefing of travel procedures.


Client sends Airline ticket (E-ticket) for their recruited workers or AESI can assist client in booking and purchasing most economical air tickets locally to facilitate departure.

Monitors the welfare of workers deployed by regular visits to job sites. AESI handles processing of documents of workers on vacation.
